Pre- Press

Printing

Shri Siddhi PolyPack manufacturing unit comprises of 7 Color Gravure Printing machinethat offers Surface/Reverseprinting on a wide variety of substrates with no defects like static electricity, speckling etc.

  • Operating speed,100-150 meters/minute.
  • Slitting, as per the required size.

Lamination

Lamination, a multilayer structure, majorly finds application in the flexible industry; especially for Form Fill Seal Machine. Color variability ranges from single color to 7 color with size & design customization in addition to the following features:
a) Excellent Clarity
b) Better Bond Strength
c) Effective Sealability
d) Resistance to Chemicals, Moisture etc.

Lamination, the core of our business, Shri Siddhi PolyPack assembly features enables the user to get the composite layer structure of different laminates ( PET/ Foil / BOPP / Poly etc.) ranging from 20 microns to 150 microns.
